Take a sneak peak at what it means to Prep for a competition. The Prep is ideal for anyone seeking to learn the basics and fundamentals of fitness and grooving. The Prep is meant to challenge you mentally and physically, push you to the limits and get you comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. As I prepare for my 4th Body Building competition, I will give you an insiders look at what it takes to truly tone and transform your body.
Our one hour sessions will consist of a full body workouts. I will incorporate body isolations, weight strength training, plyometrics and resistance band work. Come groove to the newest & some of my favorite hip-hop, latin, reggaetón and dancehall music.
Still worried if you can keep up? DON’T BE!! Questions are always encouraged. Class capacity is limited so we can have an open and comfortable environment in which to provide as much knowledge & instruction when needed.
So, If you love fitness, music or dancing, then you’re ready to Move With Ali.
What To Bring:
You’ll be moving a lot so comfortable workout gear and shoes are needed. Swag is always welcomed, the swaggier the better! We recommend staying away from shorts as we use resistance bands and they can be rough on the skin. Water bottle is an absolute must, a sweat rag or towel is highly recommended and a yoga mat.
